We Protect…
TecProtect offers comprehensive protection plans designed to cover a wide range of your valuable electronic and electrical devices. This includes both devices you use for everyday convenience and those essential for professional activities. Our plans cover a wide range of electronic devices, including household appliances, consumer electronics, tools, and hearing aids.
Covered Incidents and Damage
Improper Handling
Coverage for damage resulting from unintentionally mishandling the device or using it incorrectly.
Electronic Failures
Protection against malfunctions caused by internal electrical issues, such as short circuits, overvoltage, or induction.
Water or Moisture Damage
Coverage for damage caused by accidental exposure to liquids or excessive humidity.
Financial Responsibility
Repair Costs
TecProtect will cover the cost of repairs for covered incidents, subject to the terms of your specific plan.
Replacement Contributions
In some cases, if repair is not possible, TecProtect may contribute towards the replacement of your device.
Customer Deductibles
Some plans may have a customer deductible, which is the amount you are responsible for paying.
You are covered everywhere
Our protection plans are valid in Lebanon and temporary travel abroad may be covered, depending on your specific plan.
Exclusions
Our protection plans do not cover:
- Terrorism, acts of war, and civil unrest
- Natural and man-made disasters
- Damage caused intentionally
Coverage Start and Duration
Your TecProtect protection plan is valid for 12 months from the device's purchase date, providing a full year of coverage.
Coverage for New Devices
Guranteed coverage
When you purchase a TecProtect plan for your new device, whether it's a phone, laptop, or other electronic gadget, the protection starts on the purchase date, giving you instant peace of mind.
Coverage for Used Devices
Immediate coverage
For used devices, older than 12 months, there is a mandatory waiting period. Protection coverage for these devices will start 3 months after the initial purchase date of the protection plan.
