Coverage Scope…
Screen Coverage:
- Accidental screen cracks or shattering due to drops/impacts.
- LCD damage and touch issues resulting from screen damage.
Back Cover Coverage:
- Cracks or damage to the Iphone’s rear glass/back panel due to accidental drops.
Both coverages apply only to physical damage; internal failures are excluded.
1. Duration of Coverage
- Valid for 1 year from the activation date.
2. Claim Limits
- Maximum 1 screen repair and 1 back cover repair per device per policy year.
3. Exclusions
- Intentional or fraudulent damage.
- Water or fire damage.
- Cosmetic scratches or dents without cracks.
- Damage from third-party repairs.
- Theft or total loss of the device.
4. Repair & Replacement Terms
- Original Apple parts will be used.
- Replacement of only the damaged part (screen or back glass) per service center guidelines.
5. Service Time
- Standard repair time: 1–3 weeks, subject to part availability.
6. Transfer & Validity
- Policy is non-transferable between users or devices.
- Applicable only to the registered serial number.
