Q: Where is TecProtect's protection valid?

A: The protection plan is valid in Lebanon and may extend to temporary travel abroad.  However, repairs must be done in Lebanon. 

Q: How does the TecProtect plan work?

A: TecProtect offers a single plan where the cost is 10% of the device's purchase price, covering the device for one year.

Q: How many repairs are covered?

A: The plan covers up to two repairs within the one-year period.

Q: Is there a limit on the repair cost?

A: Yes, the total cost of all covered repairs must not exceed the original purchase price of the device.

Q: Does the plan cover replacement?

A: Yes, in the event of total loss for new phones, TecProtect will provide a replacement device.

Q: How do I get the insurance?

A: The insurance process is handled through the shop where you purchase your device, including recording the device's serial number.

Q: What is not covered?

A: The plan does not cover theft.   

Q: Is there a coverage limit for older devices?

A: Yes, for devices older than 12 months, the maximum coverage amount is $350.
