TecProtect now offers a single, comprehensive protection plan designed to cover your device for one full year. The cost of this plan is 10% of the purchased device’s price.

  • Repair Coverage: The plan covers repairs up to two times within the year.
  • Repair Limit: The total cost of covered repairs must not exceed the original purchase price of the device.

How to file a claim

In-Person Claims

Please return to the retailer where you originally purchased your device. They will assist you with the claims process.
